Delivery time

Our delivery time is 1–6 working days depending on the delivery option, calculated from the day after you submitted your order.

How can I track my package?

A delivery confirmation is sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The email message contains a link with a tracking number (ID) to monitor your order. Just double check to make sure the delivery confirmation didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

How do you send the goods?

All orders are sent in specially-constructed packaging for fast and secure delivery to you.
Dear Sam use several different shipping partners/carriers for fast and secure delivery to you. At the checkout page you can choose the carrier that you prefer.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on which delivery option you choose. At the checkout page you will find the different delivery options together with associated shipping costs, if any.

Normally we offer one free shipping option, if placing an order above a certain order value. This option will be clearly stated on the checkout page.

Where and when can I collect my order?

When your goods are available for collection or ready for home delivery, the Customer receives a notification (normally by text message) containing information when and where the shipment shall be picked-up or received. Normally, a valid ID document along with the current order number must be displayed when collecting or receiving the goods.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

You have normally 14 days to collect the package after you receive the text message notifying you that the package is available for collection. After that, the package is returned to us. If the package is not picked up, or in case of home delivery you refuse delivery, we charge a £12 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling.

Where do Dear Sam ship from?

Dear Sam is a Swedish company and we ship from our warehouse outside Stockholm, Sweden.
